For 18 years Whole Spectrum has offered a 100% satisfaction money back guarantee with product return.  Return shipping is paid by customer unless error was made by Whole Spectrum, in which case shipping will be paid by Whole Spectrum by sending a call tag for pick up.  Upon receiving the call tag, customer must prepare return package by placing call tag on box and requesting a pick-up by calling UPS at 800-742-5877 and choosing the “schedule a pick up” option.  Upon receipt of item(s) at our location, full refund for products will be made to your credit card used in the initial transaction; in the case of error by Whole Spectrum refund includes shipping charge.
